Pinewood Plaza
The plaza was completed in the spring of 2005 and the firm has also executed the various tenant fit-outs. The building is located at the intersection of Kalar and McLeod in the City’s booming west end. To date the building houses a pizzeria, two financial institutions including Meridian Credit Union and Citi Financial, and a dental office. The building is oriented on the site to provide maximum exposure to the intersection which allows the face to be visible from both streets. The facade is constructed of stone and stucco veneer with a metal roof and has a tower feature at either end. |
