Club Roma
Our firm’s involvement with work at this facility has been ongoing since 1990. A $2.7 million dollar addition and renovation was completed in early 1995 which consisted of a 36,000 ft2 addition and renovations to 12,000 ft2 of existing space. This project resulted in quadrupling the size of the existing building and creating a brand new property layout. The 2004 renovations involved constructing a new 6,300 ft2 addition, as well as extensive interior renovations to create a new member’s lounge and a larger main banquet hall.
