New Fire Station No. 4
Completed in 2008, this 10,450 ft2 facility initially came in under budget permitting the size of the building to increase and additional elements added such as a dedicated vehicle exhaust extraction system. The exterior of the building was designed to blend into the historic look of the downtown Jordan area with the use of stone, brick and a decorative metal roof tile. The fully functional hose tower also has a clock at the top to act as a focal point for the community. The building contains an apparatus bay with 3 drive-through bays, large training room, lounge, washrooms, offices and storage. |
