Carpaccio Restaurant & Wine Bar
Completed in 2003, the original 4,200 ft2 building was once a restaurant, and the revised layout required that two additions be added to increase the total area to 8,020 ft2. The new restaurant and wine bar was designed to accommodate up to 170 persons. The project was designed around the notion of an old town plaza, with a belfry tower as a main design element.
