HOCO Retail Building
Completed in 2006, this 2 storey mixed use building replaced a wax museum that had been on the site since the 1950’s. When a new wax museum was constructed to replace this one the building was demolished and the new building was constructed over the winter months and opened for tourist season in 2006. The building houses one of Canada’s largest Tim Horton’s restaurants on the east side, a large retail component in the centre and a glow-in-the –dark mini putt gaming area at the west side and most of the basement.
