Radisson Hotel
This project consists of two hotels joined by a common lobby, pool and amenity area. The first phase, a five storey 96 room building was added to an existing structure which was renovated to accommodate a swimming pool, lobby and amenity area. The second phase, a 150 room, 16 storey high rise was then added to the east side with a new larger lobby, restaurants, retail, and a basement laundry facility to serve the entire complex. The unusual “wedge shape” of the high-rise allowed a narrow window of views to the Niagara River and the Falls to be maximized.
