Stamford Kiwanis Manor
Completed in 1995, this building was designed for 40 units with four different layout options for the suites and 9 barrier free units. The layout of the building allowed for each apartment to have their own exterior balconies which were designed with glass fronts to allow for maximum visibility when sitting outside. The building also contained a lounge.
The March of Dimes provided assistance to the residences in the 9 barrier free units, designed with the assistance of the staff. The unique designs were well received by Ministry and various organizations for the disabled.
