Pinewood Mansions II Condominiums
Completed in 2007 this new four storey condominium was designed to appeal to a more upscale home owner. The building contains 16 two bedroom units with open concept living and dining areas. The residential look was designed to blend into the surrounding neighbourhood. The structure was built with a combination of ICF (Insulated concrete forms) and Amvic systems for a very energy efficient building.
