Fairhaven Seniors Apartments
Completed in 1997, this addition and renovation to an existing senior’s apartment building doubled the number of apartments from 30 units to 60 units. On the main floor, a larger dining room and kitchen were added, as well as administration offices off of the new entrance foyer. Additional spaces included small meeting rooms, a library, a hairdressing salon, a multipurpose room and a lounge area. The site was completely changed to provide new parking areas, pathways and landscaping.
