Victory Gardens Condominiums
This 36 unit development in downtown Fonthill was completed for the autumn of 2008. It was the Award Winning Design 2008 Niagara Home Builders Project of the Year. Each condominium is just under 1100 ft2 and is available in both two and three bedroom units. The site of this new upscale subdivision is on the site of the former Fonthill Public School which was demolished in 2003 on South Pelham Street. The units are grouped in blocks of 3 and 4 units and are designed with wood siding and stone veneer. The units compliment the heritage architecture character of the downtown.
