This condominium project included 38 units in a 3 storey design constructed in a growing suburban neighbourhood. The building contains well designed 1,200 square feet units with ample amenities. It offers all surface level parking with close proximity to the entrances and the design scope included a gazebo, fitness room, lounge, and party room/multi-purpose room. The building's contemporary materials and design features include insulated concrete forms along with a composite metal joist system which allowed for long spans and a more energy efficient building envelope. Construction was completed in 2008.
