F. Emilio Raimondo

Born and raised in Thorold, studied at University of Waterloo and six months in Rome, Italy. Emilio is fortunate in life to have found his passion in architecture. Practicing in Niagara Region since 1989 as a student at this firm and working his way to eventually being President and current owner. Emilio is very involved with various associations in the community. He is past president of the Niagara Construction Association and current committee member of Manufacturers, Suppliers, and Service Council of the Canadian Construction Association.


Michael Fraser
Associate
Dipl. Arch. Tech.

Born and raised in Niagara Falls, Michael has been working in the industry for over 35 years. He started at our firm back in 1999 as a senior technologist and was promoted to Associate in mid-2004. He and his wife Bobbie reside in New York State.


R. Chad Hindi
Associate, Architect
B.Arch., OAA,MRAIC

Born and raised in Damascus Syria. Studied architecture at Damascus University and received his Bachelor's degree in 1999. Chad joined the firm in 2004 after working for multiple architectural firms in the Niagara Peninsula and the Middle East. Chad is affiliated with various professional and community associations and he is currently in charge of the design of multiple projects with the firm.


Kevin Tessier
B. Arch. Sci.

Graduated from Ryerson University in spring 2006 with a Bachelor of Architectural Science Degree. Worked 2 years for a visualization/rendering company. Joined the firm in 2006, Kevin is involved in many projects and continues to enhance and develop his many skills and abilities. With his vigorous commitment and dedication, he provides a resilient contribution to our firm and community.


Jay Plato
Dipl. Arch. Tech.

While born in Burlington, Jay has lived most of his life in Niagara Falls. After graduating from Mohawk College he spent a year living and travelling in Australia. Jay brings excellent communication skills to the firm and has developed strong client relationships and is service oriented. Jay joined the firm in 2008 and currently resides in Niagara Falls with his fiance Tammy.


Michelle Vallee
Interior Designer
N.C.I.D.Q., A.R.I.D.O., I.D.C.

Born and raised in Niagara.  Michelle is a Registered Interior Designer with over 7 years of experience within the Niagara Region.  In 2007 Michelle obtained her National Council for Interior Design Qualifications (N.C.I.D.Q.) and is a registered member of both the Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario (A.R.I.D.O.) and Interior Designers of Canada (I.D.C.)  She has worked on a variety of projects from commercial, institutional, corporate and residential.  Her training, experience and attention to the client’s needs give her the ability to create safe environments that satisfy end user.


Angelo Ramos
Adv. Dipl. Const. Eng. Tech.

Born and raised in the Philippines, Angelo and his family moved to Canada in the fall of 2005, has studied accounting and law at Brock University, but found that his dreams was to be in the construction industry.  Pursued his studies at Niagara College and during his last year in school he was a co-op student at the firm and soon after graduating in 2010, Angelo has joined the team in a fulltime capacity.  A member of OACETT and will be a Certified Engineering Technologist.  He will be furthering his studies to become an Architect and become a member of the OAA.  He continues to develop his skills and knowledge in the industry.


Carrie Groff
Executive Assistant

Born and raised in Niagara Falls, Carrie started with the firm in 1997 and is responsible for all office administration duties as well as being Emilio’s personal assistant. Carrie and her husband John were married in 2003 and reside in Niagara Falls.
