Exciting milestones at our 5 Baker Street Apartment project as we approach the finish line. With masonry installation nearly complete, stucco application underway, and glazing, window frames, and balconies fully in place, the building’s exterior is taking its final form. Inside, millwork installation is progressing smoothly alongside other finishing touches.

Thorold Non-Profit Housing Corporation is looking forward to welcoming tenants by the end of the year. Our team is proud of the collective effort that has brought this project to life.
