Completed in 2006, this 2-storey building totally nearly 9,500 square feet located on Stanley Avenue, contains a restaurant, a retail store and a tourism office in Niagara Falls, Ontario. The concrete tilt-up structure features an integral insultation system, providing both durability and energy efficiency. Architectural elements such as the suggested pagoda shape complement the building owner's Korean heritage. The unique entranceway was created with unsual tilt-up panels achieving a striking look.
