Completed in 2007, this four storey condominium contains 16 two-bedroom units with open concept living and dining areas. Designed to integrate within a surrouding residential neighbourhood, the structure was built with a combination of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) and Amvic systems allowing for an energy efficient building.
